Order Processing Time

 

Not all items are listed as RTS (ready to ship) . The turn-around time  varies so please make sure you view the details before placing your order. If you have a need for something sooner, please feel free to send me a convo and I will work to accommodate you if possible.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

After your new heirloom is packed and ready, you will receive an email that will include your tracking number when your order is shipped. All items shipped in the US are via US Postal Service (Priority Flat Rate) and are usually delivered within 2-3 business days from the time of shipment. All international orders are shipped via US Postal Service (First Class Mail) and are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks once it is shipped. Please message me prior to making your purchase as shipping fee may be different from one area to another. Additional charges will apply for insurance, confirmation and/or faster shipping. Returns & Exchanges

 

A package can only be returned if it arrived damaged, or the wrong item was shipped to you. You need to let Anzhelika Crochet know within 7 days of receiving the package. A replacement item will be shipped to you at no cost once Anzhelika Crochet receives the damaged and/or wrong item in the original package and tags.
